Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Yukiko would be a little snowflake, she can control and create ice and crystals and she is pretty mature for her size/age. She dedicates quite a lot of her time into mastering the ice elemental and wishes she could grow into a totally developed Yuki-Onna someday (even tho, she will not really grow too much, she is after all, still a snowflake)
She has a superiority complex and treats others like they don't know what they are doing/saying. Yukiko creates a freezing breeze around herself that helps keeping her cold and since for her, the colder the best, she tends to think everyone loves winter and chilling winds as much as her so she sometimes share her breeze with others in hopes they will feel happy that she is around them but no one has ever thanked her for this yet.
Yukiko tends to be serious but she is really cute when she smiles (even when she gets mad there isn't many people that take her seriously, because she is still cute when she is mad)

You are not bound to use any of the information here! This is just an idea! The owner can always change anything he/she wants about the adoptable!
