Thoughts about the Character:

I thought Yuuka would have a sharp mouth (which her mother always tell her to control it, because she tends to answer evey little thing which is very unlady like), she is very defiant and hates to see things doing wrong, she became the class rep by election because others from her class wanted to give her trouble (at the time, she acted really timid and tried her best to hide the flaws of her personality, her mother would always tell her she needed to be very ladylike or people wouldn't like her but it was in truth, what made them pick on her, she beared with it until she got really tired of pretending to be someone she is not, she is independent, strong and she says what needs to be said bluntly)
Once she stood in front of her class as the teacher asked, so she could say some words to the class, she made it clear that they were all choosing her, therefore, they would need to answer to her, being the class rep was a boring and useless role in her point of view but if she needed to do it, she would do it her way.
In the beggining, most of the class were mad that she didn't let them to what they wanted, but it became really fun when Yuuka started meddling with other students too, she would make delinquents stop smoking on the school ground (she would actually follow them sometimes to make sure they would quit), stop fights (even gang fights) but she would also protect the students from awful professors and she would give out little notes together with her classmates grades to help them improve
After a little while, she was nominated the school princess, after all, she basically ruled over her school, and believe me, school life for her start being a lot of fun (of course her mother was very happy to know she was the school princess, but she doesn't know the real meaning behind it)
